i want to set a variable at a certain time...i think All questions

so, i'm trying to create some sequences that will randomly turn lights on and off when i'm away from home. so, after sunset, i set the whole thing going. so far so good. In my variables I have set a variable "bed time" when all the sequences are turned off until sunset the following night, say 23:25.

So, in need to set a variable "Running" to off when the actual time surpasses this time. so i need a condition something like:

if time >= [bed time] set [running]="off"

How on earth do i do this? Thanks!

Hi Simon, is there a reason that bed time needs to be in a variable?  Could you have a separate sequence set up to run at 23:25 which would set the variable 'running' to off?

I think that would achieve the same outcome. And in future if you wanted to change bed time, you would only need to modify the start time of that one sequence.

I'll keep an eye on it but right now only one of three of the sequences with a time trigger is running

Hi Simon, apologies for the delay. At the time you posted your reply there was actually a bug with some time triggers which has since been resolved. Hopefully this is now working fine for you.
