Smart device status error All questions

Smart device status says "You don't have any services linked to your account." I do have tuya linked and "smart device status" used to work

Hi Gus, when did you last link your Tuya account? There was an issue a month or so ago which caused problems with the Tuya API.  In order to restore your devices, you will need to unlink then link your account again from the linked services page.

Once you've done that your devices should appear again. There should be no need to edit your existing sequences - they should work again once the devices are restored on your account.

I just tried that, unfortunately didn't work.


Hi Gus, I've checked the logs are there are no errors coming from Tuya. It returns a successful response but says there are no devices. There are two options when linking your account - Tuya and Smart Life. Have you tried both? Sometimes devices will only show on one of these services, depending on the native app you used to set up the devices.

Unfortunately I am still facing the same issue.
I have tried unlinking and relinking a lot of times. I even made a new account which did not change anything.

When using Smart life in their app or through Google Assistant/Home everything works normal. But I can't seem to get it working through Sequematic..

Any other solution I can try?

Hi Gus, there's nothing else I can think of unfortunately. I've submitted a support ticket to Tuya to see what they suggest.
