Hi Pete, can you please try again? This should be fixed now.
I have a sequence that runs on a trigger email to trigger@sequematic.com . This has stopped working since 9th January (last successful run 8th January).
I now get an email with an error.
The sequence log shows the sequence as still running, but none of the steps have been carried out.
Following another thread about Smartlife issues, yesterday I disconnected and reconnected the Smartlife service, but that hasn't effected any change in behaviour.

Hi Derek. Sadly, I've just had the same error message.
Hi Derek. Any further word on this? Still getting the same error.
I'm getting this error as well:

Hi all, apologies for the delay. I have been working with the webhost to resolve this but no luck as it is working for some people.
I have set up an alternative email - trigger2@sequematic.com
Can you please give this a try and let me know if it works for you? No need to update your sequence, just send the trigger emails to that address instead.
I just tested it with the new address but I get the same error.
Thanks for your work on this Derek. I'm afraid no joy from me either:-

All the best,
Pete.
Hi again Derek...
You mentioned that it's working for some and not others. I wonder if this has something to do with the source of the trigger email? The email I'm using is coming from Zapier. It's a complicated setup!
All the best,
Pete.
