Hi Edwin. Is this the DVR? If so, the device ID doesn't match any of the IDs I was provided by eWeLink support when setting up the integration. Given you've said it's an on/off switch, I've mapped this new device type to the single switch device type.
Can you please test and let me know if this is now working for you? I'm not sure if it will actually be able to trigger the switch, so your feedback will be helpful here.
