There are no compatible devices on your account All questions

I have my Tuya account linked but in sequematic step it says "There are no compatible devices on your account."

Hi Pine. I have replied to your email as well. It looks like your account is not yet linked. To link your account, head to the services page and click the pink 'link account' button under Tuya.

If you have problems linking your account, please reply back with a screenshot of what you see after clicking that button.

Hi Derek, I replied to your email.

I did have my Tuya account linked previously but because the devices were not showing up in sequematic I unlinked it, and now am unable to link it again. When trying to link again, on the Tuya login page there is no where to enter a password and then it complains about wrong password.

I am also having this issue now, is there any way to fix this?

After relinking the account, it just doesn't update, and it lets me try and relink it again.

Hi everyone, this is a new issue (I think unrelated to the initial question in this thread). It looks like there was a change to the Tuya API which is preventing SEQUEmatic from controlling devices and also preventing accounts from being relinked to SEQUEmatic.

I'm currently investigating this and working on a fix.
