Same here
Smart Life on phone can still toggle them.
Is there any known issue?
Thanks
Same here
The sequence log all shows success. These are run via web hook using MarcoDroid. Any help?
Hi Cheerful and Jereck, can you let me know which of your sequences aren't working please?
Noe of my 4 sequences in my account, 3 are active (the 4th one device died). You can try the one named Other. Or do you need more specific information? Not sure what to post because this is publicly visible. Thanks
All of them stopped working (and I use most of those daily).
In my dashboard, in the linked services, I clicked on the "Refresh account" link.
I did not remove/recreate the linked account.
Is there any update?
Same here - my sequences are triggered by an email. I get this email in response:-

...Update to this... Actually, my sequence works if I trigger it manually, so perhaps this is a different issue...
In the Services page, I removed the Tuya service. I then recreated it (with my Tuya login/password).
The sequences work again, and I did not have to reconfigure any of them.
Great, glad to hear it's now working for you.
Hi Derek, is there another issue with Tuya / smart life? My routines involving them seem to be broken just now.
Hi Craig, there was a performance issue earlier today which I have resolved. This was causing a number of issues, including some problems linking Tuya accounts. This should now be resolved so please try linking again and let me know if you continue to have issues.
Hi,
It failed to trigger this morning. Still not working now. Is there any known issue?
Thanks
Hi, this was related to the performance issue last week. Unfortunately something I had missed but now addressed so everything should be working fine. Let me know if you're facing any further issues.
