Sequences not running All questions

Hi,

I have a number of sequences that trigger Hue lights when after 11pm Arlo cameras detect motion.

They have been working fine for weeks and I have not changed anything for a while.

But they stopped working in the past 24 hours.

Not sign of any activity on my logs although the cameras detected motion.

Was there an issue with servers?

Hi Max, I can see the sequences logging on Wednesday, but no successful sequences after that.

It seems like the webhook call is not coming from IFTTT.  Can you please try two things:

  1. Check your IFTTT activity log and confirm the applets have been triggering. Sometimes connections between services (such as Arlo) and IFTTT can break and require to be reauthenticated. This may be the case if the applets aren't showing in the activity log.
  2. If all appears fine in IFTTT, take the URL of a webhook trigger in one of your sequences and load it in a browser to see if the sequence runs successfully.
Let me know how you go with both of these, and then I can investigate further.

The sequences started working again last night.

Seems an intermittent issue with Arlo IFTTT connections.
