By using SEQUEmatic you agree to be bound by these terms.

SEQUEmatic allows you to create automated sequences of steps and actions based on inputs you provide.

In order to set up sequences you provide content to SEQUEmatic such as sequence name and description, step name, configuration values and user settings. You are solely responsible for the content you share with SEQUEmatic and you grant SEQUEmatic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works from, perform, and distribute your content via SEQUEmatic for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using SEQUEmatic. We reserve the right to remove or modify user content for any reason, including content we believe violates these terms or our policies.

SEQUEmatic is intended for personal use only. It is provided as is with no guarantees of any sort, including the outcome of sequences or uptime of the service. As such it must not be used for mission critical or life support systems. We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time and any content you provide may be modified or removed at any time without notice.

You may not use SEQUEmatic in a way which impacts the stability of the service. This can include spamming SEQUEmatic by triggering sequences with excessive frequency or creating looping sequences which never end.

In the process of creating sequences you may interact with external third party services. We are not responsible for the operation of these services nor can we provide support if there are issues with these services.

You may not use SEQUEmatic for any illegal, illicet or immoral activity. It also may not be used to violate the security of any computer network, run mailing lists or spam:

• to violate the security of any computer network
• to run mailing lists or circulate spam
• in connection with or to promote any products, services, or materials that constitute, promote or are used primarily for the purpose of dealing in: spyware, adware, or other malicious programs or code, counterfeit goods, hate materials or materials urging acts of terrorism or violence, goods made from protected animal/plant species, recalled goods, any hacking, surveillance, interception, or descrambling equipment, cigarettes, illegal drugs and paraphernalia, unlicensed sale of prescription drugs and medical devices, pornography, prostitution, body parts and bodily fluids, stolen products and items used for theft, fireworks, explosives, and hazardous materials, government IDs, police items, unlicensed trade or dealing in stocks and securities, gambling items, professional services regulated by state licensing regimes, non-transferable items such as airline tickets or event tickets, non-packaged food items, weapons and accessories
• in any manner or for any purpose that violates any law or regulation, any right of any person, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, contract rights, rights of privacy, or rights of personality, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms or with any terms or conditions or obligations relating to any third party website, app, API or similar
• in connection with life support systems, or other mission critical applications where human life or property may be at stake. You understand that the service is not designed for such purposes and that its failure in such cases could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage for which SEQUEmatic is not responsible
• to sell, lease, share, transfer, repurpose for sale or sublicense the service without SEQUEmatic's prior, express, written permission

SEQUEmatic is currently free, but we reserve the right to charge for certain or all services in the future. We will notify you before the service you are using commences to carry a fee, and if you wish to continue using the service, you must pay all applicable fees for the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

Privacy

In order to provide SEQUEmatic, we need to collect some information. This privacy statement outlines the information we collect and how it is used and shared.

We collect information provided from you in the process of creating sequences, setting your user settings and interacting with the Q&A help site. All data you provide may be stored and reviewed for quality assurance purposes and to improve the service. It may also be used anonymously to develop recommendations for other uses which would be published on our site.

If you interact with SEQUEmatic via the Google Assistant, information will be transmitted from Actions on Google to our server. This data is required in order to receive commands from the Google Assistant and provide a suitable response. This data may be stored and reviewed for quality assurance purposes and to improve the service.

In addition to information you provide directly to SEQUEmatic, server, HTTP log data, IP address and other data may be collected to monitor and improve the service. Any information provided may be shared with third parties, other users, marketing partners, or service providers that assist with our service (such as hosting companies or technology platforms).

We may also use your information to provide you with alerts, information and promotional material relating to our services.

Cookies and advertising

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites.
