Triggers the sequence periodically.
The frequency starts from when you save the sequence. For example if you save the sequence at 10:03am and set it to run every 5 minutes, the first time it will trigger is 10:08am.
If you want the sequence to run every hour on the hour you should use the time trigger and select every hour from the presets.

Frequency
Enter the frequency the sequence should be triggered. Select the period as either minutes or hours, and enter the number of minutes or hours the sequence should be triggered.
Start time
Optionally you can set a start time. If set, the frequency will be scheduled based on that start time. If not, the frequency will be scheduled from the time you save the step or enable the sequence.
